LED Linear Light needs to be anti-static: because LEDs are electrostatic-sensitive components, if you do not take anti-static measures when repairing led line lights, the led will be burned out, causing waste. It should be noted here that the soldering iron must use an anti-static soldering iron, and the maintenance personnel must also take anti-static measures (such as wearing static rings and anti-static gloves, etc.)
Customized LED Linear Light cannot sustain high temperature: the two important components of led linear lights led and FPC, led linear lights are products that cannot sustain high temperature. If the FPC continues to high temperature or exceeds its withstand temperature, it will cause the FPC's cover film to bubble, which will directly cause the LED linear lamp to be scrapped. At the same time, the LED cannot withstand high temperatures continuously. After a long time at high temperature, the LED linear lamp chip will be burnt out by the high temperature.
Therefore, the soldering iron used when repairing the led light strip must be a temperature-controlled soldering iron, and the temperature is limited to a range, and it is forbidden to change and set at will. In addition, even so, it is necessary to pay attention to the soldering iron not to stay on the pins of the led line lamp for more than 10 seconds during maintenance. If it exceeds this time, the led line lamp chip may be burnt.
If the led line light is not on, please check whether the circuit is connected, whether the connection is bad, and whether the positive and negative poles of the light bar are connected reversely. The brightness of the light bar is obviously low. Please check whether the rated power of the power supply is less than the power of the light bar, or the connection wire is too thin, which causes the connection wire to consume too much power. The front of the light bar is obviously brighter than the back. Please check whether the series length exceeds the manufacturer's standard.
According to the analysis of the material of the PCB board, the PCB board also has many quality levels. Most of the cheap line lights on the market use the secondary material PCB board, which is easy to delaminate after being heated and the copper foil is too thin. Easy to fall off, poor adhesion, copper foil layer, and PCB layer are easy to separate, not to mention the stability of the circuit, do you expect the circuit to be stable even if the board is like this?

1.What should I do if the LED light is not on? The newly installed lamp should be measured with an electric pen to see if there is a voltage in the circuit. If the lamp does not light up, it may be a problem with the driver.
2.What should I do if the brightness of the LED light dims? The lamp beads on each string in the lamp are connected in series, and the strings are connected in parallel. Therefore, if one lamp bead burns out, the string of lamp beads will not light up. If there are not many lamp beads burnt, you can solder the two soldering pins behind the burnt lamp beads with an electric soldering iron; if the lamp beads burn too much, you need to buy a new lamp beadboard.
3.What should I do if the LED light flashes? Check whether the neutral wire and the live wire are reversed. You need to check if the line at the switch is red. If not, consider that the switch may control the neutral line. Remember to replace it in time.
